Coaching for Teaching Staf

Competences: Reflect teaching experiences and the learning of students as well as analyse it, use criteria to make sound and science-based teaching decisions, develop different and also new or innovative perspectives; self-reflection for quality assurance and more responsibility, didactic strategies to further develop or change teaching attitudes and behaviour, integrate (these) single elements into individual teaching competence profile and find perspectives for future teaching.

Description:

• Single coaching (3 hrs): e.g. set goals for expert observation of teaching and get feedback; self-evaluation with a teaching portfolio
• Coaching series (5-7 hours total): e.g. set goals, reflexive talks and exercises, expert observation of teaching, resume, integration and perspectives for future education.
